Easy Installation – This speaker fits snugly into the wall between studs. Sturdy dog ears, cutout templates, and gold push button wire terminations make installation secure and simple. To connect speaker wires, press the gold push tab, insert the wire, and release the tab. FREE In-Wall Bracket BKTW50 – If installing the SAG7050 in new construction, this bracket will make a world of difference. The bracket is mounted between studs before drywall is hung so that a hole doesn’t have to be cut after the fact. Run the speaker wires beforehand as well, and the final install will be a breeze. All that will be left to do is to make the connections and secure the speaker into the wall. Baskets at the back of the speaker offer extra protection for all of the internal components. Also, this added feature helps keep out any debris or insulation from the ceiling – it even keeps those pesky rodents out! Paintable Frame and Grille – The SAG7050 comes with a frame and steel grilles that may be painted to match the existing environment. An included Paint Masking template makes painting the grille a breeze. A Grille Removal tool is included for easy dismantling from the speaker itself. The SAG7050 was designed to fit snugly between studs to alleviate the need for cutting studs or otherwise complicating in-wall installation. The 13.3″ cut-out width is perfect for mounting the speaker in the wall directly beneath your flat screen. Simply trace the template, make the cut, connect the wires, and secure the speaker. Cloth Backdrop – A white, cloth backdrop behind the grille conceals and protects the speaker elements.
